Linda Hutchison

Linda Hutchison has worked in computing since 1972; 27 of those years at
Iowa State University, most recently as Assistant Director for Public
Services where she is involved with the remarketing center, oversight of
computer classrooms, and customer relations. She serves on a number of
campus computing committees, including setting and oversight of campus
computing standards. As of March 2003, she joins Oregon Health & Science
University in Portland, Oregon as Division Director for Customer Relationship
Management. Linda has been active in ACM/SIGUCCS since 1984 having
presented papers and tutorials, served as the Program Chair, session chair,
and produced the conference proceedings, among other activities. She was
a member of the SIGUCCS Board of Directors from 1995 through 2002. Linda's
undergraduate degree from ISU is in Management and Finance, and her
graduate work is in Industrial Education and Technology with an emphasis
in Training and Development.
