Diane Jung
Diane Jung has more than 20 years experience in information technology
at Indiana University. She began as manager of Indiana University's
award-winning IT Education Program. Under her leadership this program
grew from a few hundred enrollments per year to well over 20,000. Since
1999 Diane has worked in the Communications and Planning Office for the
Indiana University Vice President for Information Technology and CIO.
As manager of Conferences and Events, Diane plays a role in designing ways
of presenting the many facets of Indiana University's IT program to its
many audiences and stakeholders. Among her annual programs is a technology
awareness campaign for the more than 100,000 students on Indiana
University's eight campuses. Diane has also been a long-time contributor
to the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) SIGUCCS special interest
group, and recently received an ACM SIGUCCS Hall of Fame award.
